Matt Williams founded Forester Pass to support petrochemical, oil & gas, energy, and start-up businesses looking to achieve more.  His goal is to deliver superior value through a deeply collaborative and customer focused model, integrating solutions into the customers’ priorities and systems.  His vision is for Forester Pass to become the premier supply chain consultancy on the Gulf Coast.

The name traces its origin to the highest point on the Pacific Crest Trail - Forester Pass – which Matt solo hiked in college.  This experience left him with a profound sense of awe and appreciation which seemed a befitting name for a company. 

Matt cares deeply about creating real value and not hype.  He served in the US Army and is a combat veteran so connects with actions and outcomes.  He worked for 15 years in supply chain roles on the Gulf Coast supporting a global fleet of plants and projects in the petrochemical and energy sectors and has seen it all.  His network, knowledge, and skills are incorporated into the DNA of the company.

He considers Forester Pass a market maker – connecting buyers and sellers; a value hunter finding significant opportunities that others miss; and a pathfinder, helping companies navigate towards their objectives.
